Wakol TS160 Slatted Underlay is a strong, light and flexible 3mm underlay which has been coated on one side with aluminium. The aluminium coating prevents moisture from the subfloor permeating the underlay and entering the underside of the wood. The cut-out slats in the underlay clearly indicate where the adhesive is to be applied ensuring correct application of the Wakol MS265 adhesive.
For use with Wakol MS265 liquid batten adhesive
Lecol’s slatted acoustic underlay helps improve sound reduction by reducing impact noise on the floor by filling the voids between the wood and the subfloor. This system is perfect for use in apartments and other areas where sound reduction is important.
We updated our test criteria and can now report a 17 db reduction in accordance with the standard: EN ISO 717/2: report number WK-210409A.
