Loba offers a range of lacquers that can be used to finish cork floors. Often cork tiles or cork roles are adhered to a suitable sub floor and will need to receive a lacquer finish before they can be trafficked.
Not all Loba lacquers are suitable for finishing cork floors as there are different flexibility requirements needed with this type of floor covering. Loba 1k Easy Finish and 2K Supra AT are industry leaders for this type of floor covering.
After gluing the solid cork floor on a leveled sub-floor, the adhesive must have hardened sufficiently before the floor can be finished.
Three layers of lacquer can be applied without applying a primer first. An exception to this is LOBADUR® 2K Invisible Protect A.T. A unique product that can be applied in only 2 coats if done correctly. This is due to its extremely matt appearance that creates a very natural, almost invisible effect!

LOBADUR® WS EasyFinish
LOBADUR® WS EasyFinish is a 1-component water-based lacquer for heavy use. Proven over millions of m², this lacquer is comparable to 2-component products with regard to its elasticity, good chemical and wear resistance.
Available in gloss, matt and semi-matt.
LOBADUR® WS 2K Supra AT
LOBADUR® WS 2K Supra AT is a ceramic reinforced 2-component polyurethane water-based lacquer for a particularly high load. The extremely high scratch and wear resistance of the product provides the wooden floor with long-term protection. That is why the floor can be fully loaded after a curing time of 24 hours. Elastic, excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Available in matt and semi-matt.
LOBADUR® WS 2K Fusion
LOBADUR® WS 2K Fusion is a water-based 2-component polyurethane parquet lacquer. For a particularly high load. Elastic, excellent chemical and abrasion resistance.
LOBADUR® 2K InvisibleProtect AT
LOBADUR® 2K InvisibleProtect AT is the latest generation of water-based surface protection for parquet, cork and wooden floors for particularly high loads. This lacquer is also very suitable for other wood finishes such as veneer on, for example, kitchen fronts. The natural look and structure of untreated wood is retained. The virtually invisible layer is extremely scratch resistant due to the use of high-quality raw materials. It has great elasticity as well as excellent chemical and abrasion resistance.
